A workflow anyone can follow

Start with what you want to do—not with software jargon.

PeelCraft groups the sticker-making process into clear stages. You can use only the tools you need, or move through the full workflow from idea to finished artwork.

01

1. Plan it

Preview

Use Smart Generator to turn an idea into a stronger, engine-matched creative direction before you spend time generating.

  • Choose a subject, Smart Style, palette, and production direction
  • Lock the parts you like and reroll only what you want to change
  • Keep prompts and settings matched to the selected engine
02

2. Create it

Preview

Use AI Artwork Generator when you want PeelCraft to create original artwork with a compatible engine you installed separately.

  • One generation engine per job for a faster, clearer workflow
  • Model-aware settings are carried with the job
  • Generate new artwork or controlled variations
03

3. Draw or build text

In Development

Use Draw Studio / Artboard, Typography Studio, or Text Sticker Studio when you want to create or control the design directly.

  • Draw, color, use shapes, text, layers, and transparent export
  • Build editable lettering and text-first stickers
  • Keep manual creative control when AI is not the right tool
04

4. Edit only what needs fixing

Preview

Use Sticker Editor and Smart Selection to move, resize, rotate, crop, erase, or target the exact area you want to change.

  • Move, resize, and rotate editable text
  • Use Smart Selection for faster targeted subject or region selection
  • Undo and redo while keeping the original workflow protected
05

5. Clean and improve it

In Development

Use Cleanup Pro, Color Boost Pro, and AI Upscaler when the artwork needs transparency, edge repair, stronger color, or more resolution.

  • Remove the outside background while protecting intended detail
  • Repair connected areas and difficult edges
  • Boost print presence or enlarge artwork when needed
06

6. Finish and check it

In Development

Use White Border & Cutline, Sticker Doctor, and Print Color Lab to prepare the artwork for a real sticker-production workflow.

  • Create a clean sticker border and final outside shape
  • Check resolution, alpha, edges, border, cutline, and print-readiness concerns
  • Prepare color more carefully for the printer profile you use
07

7. Save, organize, or batch it

Preview

Keep finished work in the Library and Projects, or use Batch Studio when the same production recipe needs to be repeated across multiple designs.

  • Library, Projects, Collections, Favorites, and history
  • Save reusable production directions
  • Batch repetitive finishing work instead of doing every file by hand

The PeelCraft difference

More than another image generator.

Four principles shape the product and the website.

Guided for beginners

Plain-language stages help you find the right tool even if you have never used AI or professional design software before.

One engine per generation job

PeelCraft chooses or lets you choose one compatible engine first, then uses fast editing and production tools around that result instead of chaining slow AI engines together.

Built around sticker production

The workflow focuses on clean silhouettes, transparency, readable detail, borders, cutline preparation, resolution, color, and export—not just making a pretty image.

Protected development and updates

Website and desktop release packages preserve validation, backup, testing, and rollback safeguards instead of replacing a working build blindly.

Smart Generator · engine-matched planningPreview

The button you press should actually match the prompt PeelCraft builds.

Smart Generator is designed so subjects, Smart Styles, recipes, prompt fragments, and settings stay connected to the selected engine and to the control you actually chose. The goal is to remove generic “style button, unrelated prompt” behavior and give beginners a more dependable starting point.

1generation engine selected for each job instead of chaining the same image through multiple engines
Smart Stylesstyle controls are tied to matching prompt logic rather than acting like decorative labels
Lockskeep the parts you like while rerolling only the field you want to change
Handoffcarry the planned prompt and supported production settings into the creation workflow

Pick a direction yourself

Choose the subject, Smart Style, palette, text direction, and other fields when you know exactly what you want.

Let PeelCraft suggest a direction

Use Generate, Randomize, or targeted rerolls when you want ideas without losing the engine-aware guardrails.

Match the selected engine

PeelCraft filters and orders choices for the engine you are actually using instead of pretending one generic prompt recipe fits every model.

Keep it fast after generation

Once one engine creates the image, use selection, editing, cleanup, color, borders, and other local tools instead of sending the same image through a slow chain of AI engines.

A better starting point, not a fake guarantee.

Image generation is probabilistic. PeelCraft cannot promise the best image on the first try. Smart Generator is built to reduce wasted attempts by making the prompt, style, settings, and selected engine agree with one another before generation starts.

Current Smart Generator development screen. The controls are designed to keep the selected style, prompt logic, and generation engine working toward the same result.
Target the edit. Check the finish.

Smart Selection and Sticker Doctor make targeted edits and final checks easier to understand.

PeelCraft separates “what area do I want to change?” from “is this sticker ready?” so beginners do not have to solve both problems manually.

In Development
Example visualization — Smart Selection identifies the subject first, then you review or refine the selection before editing. The development UI may change.

Smart Selection

Smart Selection helps identify the subject or region you want to work on, giving Sticker Editor and other targeted tools a cleaner starting point.

  • Faster subject and region selection
  • Useful before erase, move, color, cleanup, or other local edits
  • Manual review and correction remain available when the automatic selection is not exact
Current development workspace — Sticker Doctor reviews production concerns before you approve the final sticker.

Sticker Doctor

Sticker Doctor is the final sticker-focused QA path. It checks production concerns and can apply only the repairs that are safe and appropriate for the current workflow.

  • Checks resolution, transparency, edges, border, cutline, print size, and related readiness concerns
  • Explains what it found in production language instead of hiding the reason
  • Human approval remains final before printing, publishing, or selling

Automation assists; you still approve the result.

Selections, quality checks, and repairs can be wrong or incomplete on difficult artwork. PeelCraft should explain the issue and preserve manual control rather than presenting an automated score as final truth.

Cleanup Pro · premium sticker cleanup tools

Remove backgrounds, repair edges, and keep the sticker you meant to keep.

Cleanup Pro groups PeelCraft’s premium cleanup tools so you can remove the outside background, target connected leftovers, repair borders, smooth edges, and inspect sticker quality without sending every correction to another app.

In Development

Current plan: Cleanup Pro is included with paid AI Studio, Creator Pro, and Creator Pro Business. The Free tier does not include these premium cleanup tools.

Before: the artwork still sits on the page background.
After: the outside page background is removed while the intended artwork is preserved.

Background Remover Pro

Choose a cleanup recipe based on the artwork instead of applying one destructive rule to every image.

Cleanup recipes

  • Smart Auto — the recommended ensemble for general sticker artwork
  • Logo / Decal — protects crisp solid shapes, decals, lettering, and vector-style edges
  • Photo Subject — uses gentler protection for hair, whiskers, soft edges, photographs, and painted subjects
  • Keep Existing White Border — removes the outside background while preserving a deliberate sticker border

Protected workflow

  • Protects thin details, detached sparkles, dots, lettering, and intentional decorative elements where the current recipe can identify them
  • Keeps one working image so adjustments can be undone, redone, reviewed, and finalized
  • Supports side-by-side review and alpha-protected output in the current development workflow
  • Uses guarded cleanup rather than treating every white area as disposable

Connected Eraser

Click a connected white, near-white, or other selected color region and remove that connected area instead of deleting every similar pixel across the design.

  • Adjustable color tolerance controls how close neighboring pixels must be to the clicked color
  • Connected-region behavior helps protect separate eyes, highlights, spots, lettering, and interior details
  • Useful for enclosed pockets and leftover corners that are difficult to select manually
  • Best suited to connected solid or near-solid areas; the result should still be reviewed before saving
  • Undo, redo, and exact edited-version saving remain part of the protected editor workflow
Connected Eraser targets the clicked connected color region with adjustable tolerance.

Magic Wand

Selects pixels by color similarity for targeted cleanup.

Complete Border

Helps repair missing or broken outside border areas.

Smooth Border

Refines rough or uneven border geometry.

Clean Edge

Targets messy fringe and edge contamination around the artwork.

Sticker Quality

Provides sticker-focused inspection support before final production.

Current cleanup is strongest when the subject has a clear silhouette and separable background. Glass, semi-transparent effects, open outlines, hair-like detail, layered transparency, and contaminated edges can still need manual selection or correction. PeelCraft should never describe difficult-image cleanup as perfect.

Current compatibility guidance

PeelCraft uses a verified development registry for supported engine profiles. The planned public PeelCraft installer ships with zero third-party AI model weights bundled; Model Manager is designed to direct users to official upstream sources identified by PeelCraft and verify the supported profile separately.

Verified

Verified development configuration

The complete current nine-profile development registry has been exercised on this system. This is the verified quality target, not the final minimum specification.

  • Windows 11 64-bit
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 with 24 GB VRAM
  • 31.9 GB system RAM
  • CUDA 12.6
  • Nine installed development model profiles
  • Automatic memory retry and model reuse enabled

GPU and VRAM guidance

Local generation requirements depend on the selected engine. Lower-memory operation may use offloading or other memory-saving techniques, but those options can be much slower and are not yet certified across the full PeelCraft workflow.

Non-generation use

No dedicated GPU

Prompt building, project organization, and standard non-AI editing are expected to remain usable. Local AI generation is not currently certified as a CPU-only launch target.

Provisional

8 GB VRAM

Provisional lower target for SDXL Base, SDXL Turbo, and selected SDXL-family profiles. Final PeelCraft support depends on clean-machine testing, resolution, memory-saving mode, and model.

Upstream target

13 GB VRAM

FLUX.2 Klein 4B is designed for an approximately 13 GB consumer-GPU footprint upstream. The complete PeelCraft workflow at this tier still requires controlled certification.

Registry target

16 GB VRAM

Current registry minimum for FLUX.1 Schnell and Z-Image Print Quality. This is the planned lower target for broader local generation, not yet a universal guarantee.

Verified

24 GB VRAM

Verified and recommended for the current full 1024-pixel quality development profile across all nine registered engines.

Operating system and processor guidance

The current application and local AI runtime are verified on one Windows and NVIDIA CUDA configuration. Other hardware remains pending until it is tested, not merely assumed.

Third-party engines, models, and services

PeelCraft is an independent software product. PeelCraft does not own, publish, operate, sponsor, or control the third-party AI engines, model weights, repositories, services, names, or trademarks it may support, and the planned public installer ships with zero third-party AI model weights bundled.

  • Compatibility means only that PeelCraft is designed to work with a specified upstream technology; it does not mean affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.
  • The planned public PeelCraft installer ships with zero third-party AI model weights bundled. Model Manager may identify supported profiles, direct users to official upstream sources identified by PeelCraft, and verify source/version/license information, but downloading or using a model remains subject to that upstream source and its current terms.
  • All engine names, model names, repository names, trademarks, service marks, logos, model weights, and related intellectual property remain with their respective owners and licensors.
  • The exact upstream model version and license in effect when a user downloads, installs, redistributes, hosts, or uses it control that use. Upstream terms may change, and users must review them directly.
  • PeelCraft does not grant rights to third-party models, training data, user inputs, source images, generated output, brands, characters, likenesses, or other protected material.
  • Commercial use, redistribution, paid API deployment, hosted access, and model bundling may have different restrictions. A PeelCraft license does not override those restrictions.
  • This disclosure is product information intended to reduce confusion about third-party ownership and compatibility. It is not legal advice.

Built from real sticker-making workIn Development

Built with love for the sticker business.

PeelCraft is being built from firsthand experience designing, printing, laminating, cutting, fixing, and selling stickers. The tools are shaped around real production frustrations—not a generic software checklist. Background cleanup, borders, prompt quality, model matching, libraries, and exact exports matter because they matter in an actual sticker workflow.

The goal is to grow PeelCraft into the most useful sticker-building platform possible. That is an ambition, not a claim that the product is already the best in the world.

This is only the beginning.

New ideas and improvements are being worked on constantly. Public updates will roll out when they are tested, packaged safely, and ready—not simply because a date was promised.

PeelCraft Connect is planned.

A future community area is planned for sticker builders and enthusiasts to connect, share approved images and designs, exchange workflow ideas, discuss materials and production, and help each other improve. Rights, moderation, privacy, and attribution rules must be defined before it launches.

Join the launch list, send feedback, and help shape what PeelCraft becomes.

Questions before launch

Straight answers, no invented promises.

Beginner questions, current product boundaries, and compatibility guidance are explained plainly.

What is PeelCraft Smart Studio?

PeelCraft Smart Studio is a Windows sticker-design application that connects planning, compatible AI artwork generation, drawing, text design, editing, cleanup, enhancement, borders, quality checks, project organization, and export preparation in one workflow. GetPeelCraft.com is the product website, not the creation app itself.

Do I need AI or design training to use PeelCraft?

No training is required to understand the intended workflow. PeelCraft is being designed around plain-language stages—Plan, Create, Edit, Clean, Finish, and Organize—so a beginner can open the tool that matches the job. Advanced controls remain available when you want more control.

What does Smart Generator actually do?

Smart Generator helps turn an idea into an engine-matched prompt and production direction. Subjects, Smart Styles, recipes, locks, rerolls, palette choices, and supported settings are intended to stay connected to the control you selected instead of using generic or unrelated prompt text.

Why does PeelCraft use one AI engine per generation job?

PeelCraft is designed to choose or let you choose one best-fit generation engine first. After that image is created, faster local tools such as selection, masking, editing, cleanup, color, borders, and transforms handle the next steps. This avoids slow multi-engine chains where the same image is repeatedly regenerated.

Does PeelCraft include AI model files?

No third-party AI model weights are planned to be bundled in the public PeelCraft installer. Model Manager is designed to show supported profiles and guide users to official upstream sources identified by PeelCraft, with source, version, and license information verified where possible. Upstream access and license terms still control each model.

Can PeelCraft work without a dedicated GPU?

Prompt planning, project organization, drawing, text work, and standard non-AI editing are expected to remain useful without a dedicated generation GPU. Local AI image generation is different: CPU-only generation is not a certified public target. The current fully verified development configuration uses an NVIDIA RTX 3090 with 24 GB VRAM.

What is Smart Selection?

Smart Selection helps isolate the subject or a region you want to edit so you do not have to manually trace every boundary. It is intended to speed up targeted erase, move, cleanup, color, and other local edits, while still allowing manual correction when the automatic selection is not exact.

What is Sticker Doctor?

Sticker Doctor is the sticker-focused final QA workflow. It is being designed to check concerns such as resolution, transparency, edges, border, cutline, print size, and other production-readiness issues, explain what it found, and use safe repair paths where appropriate. The user remains the final reviewer.

What is Artboard Pro?

Artboard Pro is the planned drawing and illustration workspace for brushes, stylus input, selections, layers, transforms, and sticker-focused handoff. It remains Coming Soon until its final production and live-device acceptance gates are complete, so the public website does not present it as a released feature.

Can PeelCraft control my Cricut, Siser, Silhouette, or other cutter?

No. PeelCraft prepares and optimizes artwork and layouts, but cutter software remains responsible for the real cut outlines, registration or scan marks, and sending the job to the cutting machine. PeelCraft should not export operational cutter marks as if it were the cutter controller.

What are the PeelCraft launch prices?

Launch pricing is planned as PeelCraft Free at $0, Creator Pro at $29.99/month or $287.99/year, and Creator Pro Business at $59.99/month or $579.99/year. Standalone options are Text Sticker Studio at $29.99 one-time, AI Studio at $69.99 one-time, and Smart Generator at $14.99/month or $149.99/year. These are launch prices; checkout is not active during this pre-launch preview.

Does Smart Generator guarantee the best image on the first try?

No. Image generation is probabilistic. PeelCraft is designed to improve the starting point by matching the prompt, Smart Style, settings, subject, and selected engine more carefully, but it cannot honestly guarantee the best image on the first attempt.

Does PeelCraft charge credits for locally generated images?

Supported local processing is designed without an artificial PeelCraft credit meter. The Free plan has its own approved manual generation allowance: 10 starter generations, then 3 every 24 hours. Future PeelCraft cloud services that create a real per-generation cost may use separately disclosed cloud credits; local and cloud processing will be labeled separately.

Can artwork made with PeelCraft be sold commercially?

PeelCraft plans can include commercial-use rights for eligible PeelCraft-owned software and content, but PeelCraft cannot grant a blanket commercial-use right over third-party AI models, fonts, assets, source images, trademarks, characters, likenesses, or other protected material. The exact upstream license and applicable law still control those parts.
